I have just nipped into the pharmacy with my daughter just before closing with a possible ear infection. The staff were lovely and tended to us immediately. The pharmacist was professional and caring towards my daughter and was able to help us and prescribe antibiotics for the infection. Friendly and efficient service would highly recommend.
Amir saved my life! I had a tonsillitis and a private GP gave me online script. My friend came with it to this pharmacy and although it was 10 minutes to closing time and they never seen this kind of script before, they stayed opened until they figured it out and issued me the antibiotics. The staff there is always so friendly and kind, nothing is ever a problem and they are knowledgeable and helpful!
What a star! 5stars, every time I see her and am served by her. She is a treasure, in increasingly difficult circumstances for the NHS. She embodies all the original values of our struggling health system. Those values are fast disappearing. This is the end of my rant!
A lot of negative reviews regarding this chemist. I think we need to remember how stretched the NHS are and that it isn’t the chemists fault. Very helpful, polite and informative staff. Never had an issue, everyone does a continually great job. Asset to the village
Sorry not good, don’t seem to care. You will go around in circles, waiting on or being redirected for meds you rely on
Not for the first time with this member of staff... Some blunt, short and petulent, unpleasant Customer Service... it's an odd member of youngish staff (you know who it is)... Customer Service is a skill... a bit of coaching and development required for a junior member of staff is all that is required. Have a great day. :-)
Very helpful staff team. Most of what you'd expect in a chemists and very handy in the village!
Lovely pharmacy. Staff and pharmacist are always friendly and happy to help. Only negative is the large step to access which is a struggle for disabled customer like myself.
