Very professional but also very personable. Put me at ease and did a wonderful job on my makeup. Makeup lasted all day and night at a very warm summer wedding. Highly recommend.
Had my hair done today by the lovely millie, my hair hadn't been done for a long while so was a bit of a mess but millie sorted it out and now it looks absolutely beautiful and much more to my taste. Such a welcoming salon all the ladies seem lovely and chatty I'm not much of a talker but I felt at ease and comfortable no awkwardness. Plenty of cups of teas nothing to much trouble would definitely recommend and will be coming back :) this will now be my regular salon for all my hair needs. Thank you millie x

Absolutely adore this salon. The staff are lovely, the treatments are always fabulous and the salon itself has such a high end feel to it. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
I booked an apt using the Facebook facility and when I turned up, my appointment wasn’t booked. Apparently I had a messenger asking my to pay a deposit. That would be fine if I used Messenger but not every customer does - where was my call or a text to follow up? It’s a shame as Chula has lost an appointment keeping customer by a ridiculous system of messenger. Not as efficient as other salons I have booked with and I won’t be using again. A big let down the day before Disneyland! My previous visits have been fine as I called (and no deposit was ever taken).
