   Bright spacious showroom full of tiles of many colours and sizes. John was brilliant and helpful regarding our dilemma on what adhesive to use. Will certainly be returning to choose the tiles for our kitchen. Huge carpark, easy to find, vast products,helpful staff and excellent Prices.

   Mixed customer service. Purchased 12 boxes of tiles, and a bunch of other stuff. They put everything in my car, and made sure its all balanced (as the car is small). I dropped my rating to 5 to 3 because for giving me the wrong information.

   Thought the show room staff member was super helpful, finding me a product, bringing it to the till. It turned out to be excess to what I needed and on return - nope not allowed refund on powders (black grout) few days after purchase, immaculate condition. Not happy. Sales staff mentioned no such rule and desk staff saw I was only at desk with small child. Not happy at all. Feel very misled and suggest Topps tiles for decent knowledgeable staff who communicate effectively and fair rules.

   Been trying to source some tiles to replace a few in a bathroom that is being modified for an elderly relative. The gentleman who served me couldn't have been more helpful and the tiles are ideal for my needs. I will certainly be using them again and recommending them to all my friends. A great business with "old fashioned" levels of service!

   We have visited the Kings Norton site on a few occasions to get advice on which tiles to choose for our bathroom. The staff have always been helpful with advice. WEE took samples away and had some by post which is an excellent service. Our thanks especially to John Fisher who went out of his way to ensure that we were happy with the tiles we have now ordered. He made it a good experience. Will definitely return to this showroom again.
