A first for us as we normally drive past but decided to pop in this time for a late lunch on way back from leighton hospital. Plenty of parking even though an event was on. Cafe was quiet and our order was taken quickly. Food was excellent, especially the home made mushroom soup and warm roll,as well as the drinks. Staff were friendly and courteous a credit to the organization. Recommend if you're in the area to pop in, selection of food is sufficient and is freshly cooked and cakes are very nice.

Been a couple of times and been OK.last time it took a whole hour to get our food.bacon on the burgers was undercooked and very fatty.tables weren't cleared and cutlery was dirty.there were no events on and it wasn't really busy but nobody on the counter most of the time It's a shame as used to enjoy popping in but service was terrible.

Lovely coubtryside views and a chance to look at the indoor eventing arena and outdoor one whilst you sit in a lovely, airy modern cafe. We had one full English breakfast and a sourdough with salmon and scrambled egg with coffee- excellent! No problems parking, alot of horses to watch and very nice people serving. We would definitely revisit. It is 5 mins from the Delamere Gresty Waste Carpark by car. There is also a lovely outdoor terrace with umberellas & tables and the same great views for sunny days...

Food was good (although I ordered a cheese and onion toastie and they forgot the onion) but oh my days…the time it took to arrive! This is a venue I often frequent and I’m afraid that on every single occasion, it takes FOREVER for your order to arrive; even just for a cuppa. I cannot believe that a place like this can be so slow, particularly as most people have limited time to eat. They really should review their operation!

Ordered food and drinks on arrival, surreally food arrived but no drink, had to chase it up and was curtly told it was on its way! Not good, would I recommend? Only if you’re not in a rush !

Had 3 bacon baps and 3 coffees and it came to £25.plus. what a rip off... 2 slices of cold hard bacon and the butter was in the bag??? How are you suppose to put it on unless you had a knife and knew you needed a knife!!!!! Its not worth it... you could get a basket of shopping for that price in Aldi.... nope not worth it for sure. I don't think the quality of food is up to standard of an ordinary cafe . You would expect much more at the rather posh Kelsall Hill Equestrian Centre. I'm sure they would make more money if their quality of food was better and slightly cheaper.

The food was nice & it was lovely to watch the horses. Would have rated 5 stars if there were more veggie/vegan options.
