I have celiac disease, Donna and Lorraine were amazing and so knowledgeable, Donna checked all her guide lines to make sure and I didn't have gluten. Both ladies are professional and friendly. Brilliant service

Unfortunately, I am a regular patient at St Helen's Hospital. On a positive note, the staff are brilliant and Lorraine and Donna at Costa always have a smile for the customers and a kind word. Sometimes that is more important than the coffee. Keep smiling ladies! You cheer us up and take some of the stress out of our appointments.
