   The materials delivered were exactly as ordered perfect quality. While the delivery did arrive a couple of hours earlier than scheduled, I’d much rather early than late, so no complaints there! Special mention to the delivery driver, Karl, polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. It’s always a pleasure dealing with someone so professional and courteous. Great overall experience!

   Ordered lintels on the 1st of May Promised delivery within 5 days After many wasted calls to Wade over the next 10 days asking where my lintels were, I spent another 7 days trying to get my money back. You can only speak to a customer representative once and then they seem to be on holiday when you ask for them again. I was passed on to Gerarld the supposed MD who told me "it shouldn't matter if they have my money if I've paid by credit card as you don't get charged till the end of month" If you need more than binbags for your job don't bother with Wade Don't Tell The Truth Building Supplies.

   Customer service is none existent. Messed around now by 5 different people. Still no delivery after they collected the exchange. Promised deliveries and nothing shows up. No emails/texts nothing to update you. Still owed lintels. Will NEVER order again from these.

   Sensational service from start to finish. I ordered 7 non banded 13ft scaffold boards on the 5th May and was notified that they had been dispatched on the 9th. They arrived today, the 10th. The boards are fantastic quality at what I felt was an exceptionally good price with free delivery too. The delivery driver was an absolute STAR. He helped unload the boards and bring them into my house. I'd expected road side delivery at best and so this guy went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. Well done to the Wade Building Services team, you've excelled.

   Excellent service. Purchase of genuine Birtley steel lintels (three lintels purchased). Very reasonable prices (far cheaper than local build suppliers). Ordered on the Friday, and delivered to Cornwall address, first thing on the following Wednesday. All good. I would definitely recommend.
