I was helped by Adam, who was able to direct me to the correct section of the warehouse for two different items. Very helpful and polite person. I was further impressed by the customer service at the delivery desk, where I was served by Gillian, who made my day by providing me with a good discount; the shiplap I had ordered was on offer last month, and she was kind enough to give me the offer price, even though the offer had expired.
