   Have most stuff I needed the staff are fantastic but the outside yard was quite a mess stones everywhere stopping the trolley. Put as much energy into cleaning the yard as you do treating customers then I'll give 5 stars ⭐

   I have trade account but they every time very expensive they show different and sell different i have more then 5year trade account but they treate like new customers i think no need any trade account because same price they sell i highly recommend don't go selco any whre in England

   They are an excellent builders' merchant with a wide range of products. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was helped by Adam, who was able to direct me to the correct section of the warehouse for two different items. Very helpful and polite person. I was further impressed by the customer service at the delivery desk, where I was served by Gillian, who made my day by providing me with a good discount; the shiplap I had ordered was on offer last month, and she was kind enough to give me the offer price, even though the offer had expired. All good, and I will be going back for more. Thanks.

   Today I went to buy somempaint to do a backdrop for my drama club performance. Earlier I had been to a different retailer and they were unhelpful. I turned up at Selco in dudley rather despondent. A lovely lady named Kath helped me. And really took the time to listen to what I wanted. She passed me on to a colleague named Ryan who mixed exactly the colours I needed and chatted away lovely. He even carried the paint out to the car for me. I am so happy to have gone there. Customer service was outstanding. Thank you

   The place is very tight when you enter the site for when you are trying to park your car or van. If you are coming in a car just be careful when entering and parking because no one especially van drivers can see you coming. The women with black hair and was sitting on the click n collect desk was very rude. She did not have any level of customer service experience. I would not ever come back to this store and will use their other store in Dunstall Hill - on the Wulfrun Trading Estate, on the other side of Wolverhampton. The inside looked untidy and small. If you know what you are buying and don't need to speak to that women then you will be ok to use this store.
