    Have been a few times around 5 as I wait for child who has a club until 5.45. It would be nice to wait somewhere and you would think somewhere open until 6 would be applicable. There was one lad who was super helpful and friendly but on most occasions I am made to feel unwelcome at this time. Today, I listened to the lady in front, at 4.50, be told it was take away only. When she asked what time they closed, he replied 6! When she asked if she could sit down, the guy (different guy) said "yeah, just there, but I'll be mopping around you." Which made me turn round and go to the coffee house instead!

    Costa Coffee is one of the best I've been to. I love the fact they have a rewards scheme to earn free drinks and that you can get double the beans for using a reusable cup. I just wish the free drink didn't expire as fast.

    Inside shopping centre. Really pleasant staff. Nice coffee and lovely bacon roll. Nice way to start morning. Opens from 7.30am.

    All around good experience with the many times I've been here, but lately the staff are taking a nasty habit of mysteriously disappearing when the queue starts to get too long, and leaving the junior staff on the till to handle the volume on their own.

    Excellent staff, suffer from liver disease so have to manage food etc. @Liam and @tanya is always on it when I come in and makes sure i have all the information I need for my food logs.

    We had to clear our own table of dirty cups and plates.... several other tables had not been cleared.... 12pm is a busy time, but it meant tables weren't cleaned either.

    Staff are friendly. Food and drink taste like any other Costa. Nice place to relax when not busy. The Frappes are super tasty, recommended any flavour.
