   On a wet Widnes Wednesday morning, post Christmas, a trip to our favourite coffee shop was just the job. The place was warm an welcoming, the staff cheery and the chai was wonderful.

   We visit the shop several times a week the Coffee is the best in the town and the staff are second to none. The shop it’s self however is a different matter. It is in desperate need of refurbishment there’s damp on the walls, paint peeling off the walls and a light fitting in need of repair. These are the sort of things that could put new customers off and it can’t be a pleasant environment for the staff to work in.

   Nipped in as the weather was awful and I needed to warm up. First visit, very impressive! Serves my favourite tea; Assam and the Toasted Tea Cake came quickly and was delicious. Staff polite, friendly and chatty. Would highly recommend and I will be back :)
