   My favourite venue. I meet there with my friends two to three times a week. The staff are lovely and helpful. There is plenty of parking. The only two complaints I have is the outside door doesn't close properly and on occasion they run out of brown bread.

   Arrived at 06:40 on Tueaday morning, they had 2 staff members in the shop and cars being served at drive through. I tried the door which was locked and staff member told me 10 minutes until they open. Very poor as advised opening time is 06:00. Walked over road to the Starbucks. Costa will lose customers with this attitude. I fully understand if they only had 1 staff member.

   Took my drive through medium latte home to find one third of the contents was froth! That's NOT what I expect for the price you have to pay. Furthermore they always seem short of one thing or another in this.place, bacon rolls or even a basic like bread. You'd be better off going to Starbucks across the road.

   Placed an order for food and drinks delivery. Drinks arrived, but the food didn't. I raised it, and they issued a partial refund for the food they didn't provide and failed to respond after I queried why the refund didn't cover the missing items.

   Large queues due to coffee machine fault, the building needs blinds on the windows, very bright sunshine at midday made it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy lunch, no other seats were available.

   Was disappointed on my last visit asked for a hazel swirl. Which looked amazing in the picture but got which looked like a flat latter. No cream what so ever we ordered 3 number in total. I tried to look for a number so I could ring a complain. But couldn't find any. Won't be going back ther in a rush.

   Unfortunately not the greatest Costa we've had. We ate in and my latte glass was chipped (on a plus point it was changed immediately with the offer of another replacement drink), hubby's chocolate was watery and when it settled was only half full, the rest was foam.. and the loos were not great..

   A drive through and sit-down Costa combined, indoor & outside seating, really friendly staff and well maintained. Nice and quiet in the early evening to pop in and relax after work. Huge car park. Update July 2020: can collect in store if ordered via the Costa app, can also now order to take-away inside.
