I came to have my hair cut by Lindsey a few weeks ago and was really unhappy with the whole experience. Before coming I asked who was best for a wolf cut, but instead she cut a lot more length off than I asked for and didn’t put in enough layers. As well as this, she was really rough and caught one of my piercings a few times and I wished she would’ve asked before applying a loreal product to my hair as I’m vegan and don’t use brands that test on animals. The end result wasnt really what I asked for, but felt uncomfortable saying as I struggle with anxiety and new people and at the time i felt she was being quite unfriendly and rushing to get me in and out. I was recommended to come to this hairdressers, and was very nervous about trying some where I’ve never been and felt quite disappointed, and felt like she didn’t want to talk to me much while I was there too. I payed a £1 deposit and was meant to get 10% off for being a new client and booking through facebook but was still charged the full amount. I messaged them on Facebook after to explain how uncomfortable I felt and didn’t have a good experience for them to completely ignore my message and leave me on read.
I booked my 4yr old Son an appointment for his 2nd real haircut. He is non verbal autistic and can sometimes be difficult in different situations. The stylist was amazing with us from start to finish and really made the cut much easier than I had expected. The interaction with my Son was great and he loved every minute.
