   I came in for a laser session and I was really satisfied. The staff were great and professional, especially the lady who did my treatment — her name was Hanieh. She was very kind, gentle, and precise. The procedure was clean, painless, and I could see results from the very first session. The place was also very clean and well-organized.    I can not describe the regret i have ever stepping in to this place. The only thing worse than paying all that money, sitting there for 3+ hours and having nowhere near what i asked for is then to be asked to come back to speak with the owner only to be tag teamed and gaslit by the 3rd person claiming to be a “manager”. I’m truly traumatised please send prayers for the speedy recovery of my hair.

   Went in for some advice about my hair and for a consultation and was greeted by a group of rude women at the front desk who acted like I was scum and were extremely unhelpful. Never go here if you want a friendly welcoming atmosphere as it’s clearly full of nasty women who never grew out of the mean girl phase

   Nikki is always fantastic with how she does my hair! Originally went in with such damaged hair it was stretching when it was wet. In under a year my hair was back to normal without having to cut it all off! Now a year on my hair is the healthiest its ever been! The whole team is lovely!
