   Every time I have gone in here the store has been empty, there have been multiple staff members present yet they ALWAYS fail to acknowledge me. It’s a shame because on the last two occasions I was really keen to get a bag but the cold terrible service always makes me walk out within the first two mins - the staff are always standing together chatting and ignoring customers

   The worst customer service I ever experienced the 2 girls was just talking and not even giving me any attention even i wanted to go and see some shoes didn't even move away all the time keep talking and laughing and even I liked the shoes that I tried on I left only because of them ... Having a business my self I understand how bad this is for business this is why I'm even leaving a review hopping they get some education or even get replace with someone who deserves it ..

   Shoes quality is poor. After only 5 months of use (max one day per week), shoes look like they have been worn for 5+ years. The shop assistant refused to exchange and said there is no warranty for that. See the picture in comparison with the same new shoe from the shelf.

   Bought a pair of Ecru non-leather sandals for £72. Very comfortable. However, wore them 5 times and the toe has scuffed as the lower sole is shy of the upper sole. Sent them back to Dune. They advised no design fault. Nothing they can do. Over £10 per wear!!! Now had it. I will never buy another pair of shoes from this establishment again. Buyer beware!!

   Bought some boots as a gift for Christmas, Sheila at the Lakeside store was friendly, very helpful and polite, she arranged a delivery of the boots as the size wasn't in store. The boots arrived 2 days later. I had to return the boots and I had mislaid my E mailed receipt. I saw Shela in store again, she was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, she kindly sorted my refund. Great service, customer care and helpfulness, couldn't ask for more as a customer. Well done Lakeside team. Sue O'Connell.

   Was charged twice so was told to call back to sort the matter. Spoke to a chap called Luke who’s a supervisor, looks like his not been taught any manners. Does like to speak over customers and tell the customers they are wrong! Highly dont recommend going there if his around.
