   Late. Courier attempted “delivery” but I was only in the back garden. When I spoke to the team, they advise I raise my concerns with their chosen courier. Delayed the job by a whole day.

   We had very specific loft access openings and access panels direct produced specific custom hatches for our sizes. The hatches were very sturdy and extremely easy to fit with only some basic tools needed. The communication was fantastic. Highly recommend!

   I would highly recommend using Access Panels Direct for your panel needs. I always think the true test of a company is how they behave when something goes wrong. I ordered a custom loft access hatch from them and in first contact Zoe couldn’t have been more helpful in arranging dispatch so it would arrive when we were back from holiday. When the parcel did arrive the courier hadn’t taken notice of the fragile markings and had unfortunately damaged the panel significantly. When I got in contact and sent photos, Kate was extremely helpful in sorting the issue and immediately arranged for a new panel to be manufactured with no quibbling. Excellent customer service all around. Thanks

Prices arrive promptly and are always competitive, goods are despatched when they say they will be and the product is excellent quality. Time is such a valuable commodity at present and I do not have time to keep chasing orders; I know that once I place an order it will be there when they say.
