I went to Cannock branch on Saturday to get some boarding and get it cut Colin who was working the cutting machine was so helpful even went the extra mile and helped me load up must say one of the nicest people I have met in a b&q branch thank you colin
Easy enough to get to, decent car park, however none of the items I wanted were in stock, and considering that was emulsion paint it was pretty poor, went to Wickes in Wolverhampton items were in stock and cheaper
I'm sorry I cant remember the ladies name who served me BUT she was super helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Helped me pin point the paint I needed to match with my older tin and also showed me the bargin section to witch I got a beautiful bedside table for my daughter. She was lovely
Yesterday 24.8.25 I visited your Brownhills store. My purchase was 12 bags of 40mm blue slate. As I'm a pensioner , I asked a young female assistant if she could perhaps ask a male employee to help me. The little dot of a girl fetched a trolley, loaded 12 bags of slate onto it, used her own till to pay so that I didn't have to queue and then proceeded to load it into my car, as a blue badge holder it was parked not too far away. This lovely young girl was the best representative of your Company and of the youth of today and her name was Chloe Sherman. Please thank her again from me. Anne French, Burntwood WS7 4TS.

Would like to see more staff on the shop floor. On the plus side clean with a good range of products.
First time using click and collect here. Will definitely use again. Very simple process, no waiting very easy to use. Parking can sometimes be an issue as the store is quite big but the car park is shared with other stores.
Good sized store with friendly helpful staff. Popped in for some bark for the garden, which we purchased with no major issues. We did initially struggle to find one of the larger trollies but no a massive issue
Decent B&Q with its biggest asset being the staff. Very friendly and accommodating with genuine service not seen very much nowadays. Store layout is a little odd and can be difficult to find things plus car park is poor and needs sorting out.
