   Fantastic experience from start to finish. We started our renovation project over a year ago and we just called into Cannock Kitchens just for a quick look around. We'd already got a couple of quotes from the big kitchen stores (Wren, Magnet etc...). From the first moment we stepped in CK we were struck by the friendliness, knowledge and attention to detail that we were shown. We quickly decided that CK was the place for us. As we progressed through the design stage we were shown nothing but friendliness, care and consideration. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication was fabulous and every minor change that we suggested was discussed and actioned. Again, nothing was too much trouble. Even though they had lots of other customers, we always felt that we had their total and undivided attention. As we came to delivery and installation, again everything was perfect. We were kept informed of delivery times. We had our own builder install the units and again if he had any questions that were only too happy to help. Again, nothing was too much trouble I can't recommend CK enough. The quality of the products, the quality of the customer care, aftercare and price. We are over the moon with our new kitchen. A lovely family business. Thank you so much.

   Nice quality kitchen fitted to a high standard, Peter and the office team very helpful with colour/style and fittings. We changed our minds a couple of times with some items which was no problem at all for them to alter. The fitter Alex done a first class job of fitting the kitchen and corresponding with the other trades persons, we had a couple of hiccups along the way during fitting which they resolved promptly and now we have a kitchen we are very pleased with. Thanks Cannock Kitchens, would use them again no problem.

   Cannock Kitchens Ltd Review We looked at a few companies for a new kitchen. The trouble with getting a few quotes is that you must compare like for like, and not all companies are of equal quality. You don’t replace your kitchen very often, so it is very important that you get the best quality for your money. We are very impressed with the quality of Cannock Kitchen units. They are solid construction with very good quality hinges and draw runners, the better the quality to start with the longer they will last. We chose the unit design and colour which was relatively easy, from the great range in the showroom but fitting it all into our space was the tricky bit. Jason and Tim did a great job in designing and were very accommodating when we changed our minds (a few times!), but you must get it so it feels right. The computer-generated images were very helpful and very accurate to the finished job. We chose to have quartz worktops made by Intamarble, a local company used frequently by Cannock Kitchens. They made a template of the kitchen and made the finished worktops in the factory in Hednesford before perfectly fitting them. The kitchen fitter was Alex, who did a brilliant job to a very high standard. There were a few inevitable hiccups along the way but were quickly resolved between the team in the office and Alex. The Electrician Lee, plumber Mark and plasterer Mitch did a great job arriving on time and worked well together to make the job flow minimising any delays. All in all, we are very pleased with the finished result and would highly recommend Cannock Kitchens to anyone no matter how big or small the job is. Many thanks.

   We just wanted to extend our gratitude for delivering our collective vision for a wonderful new kitchen and living space. We spoke with a few kitchen providers; others who were recommended such as yourselves, and also the usual high-street chains, but no one else seemed to be as totally aligned as you were with what we wanted. You were also only one of a few who could deliver the project as a whole. This was an important factor for us to have the different trades such as the builders and the fitters coming from one place. We hoped it would improve reliability and we were more than proven correct. Positive people all the way through the project; -Pre-sale: Even from when we first contacted you via messenger, Amy was so friendly and swift in answering, we knew we on the right tracks from the very beginning. -Ideas and quotations: Peter was very polite and enthusiastic, producing some excellent graphic designs with great ideas which really helped us understand the space and make the changes needed to make this a perfect layout for our family's needs. -Building work: Mac from the get-go is a person you know you can trust with your most valuable asset. Using his trusted contacts to secure a structural engineer, meant the building control element was a breeze. His team turned up exactly when they said they would and were respectful and as tidy as they could be (difficult thing to be with walls, floors and ceilings all being removed) and they competed the works sufficiently in time for the kitchen to be fit, meaning our disruption was minimised. There were a couple of snags, which are to be expected of this type of project, but these were completed swiftly without hesitation. -Design finalisation: Tim was a big help in the final design of the kitchen, improving on the initial plan to make sure everything would fit exactly where it should and giving us great comfort in knowing the installation would run as smoothly as possible. Kitchen fitting: Colin made sure every part of the kitchen was installed perfectly, taking the time needed and sometimes staying quite late to ensure the programme dates were met. -Worktops: Darren, Sandy and the team at Intermarble surveyed the kitchen to the millimetre to ensure the perfect fit for the worktops. They installed them extremely professionally, using the highest possible standard of materials and at a reasonable price. -Plumbing: Tim is a great guy, not only at the plumbing required, but also the help and advice he gave on the existing plumbing in the house. The way he interacted with my elderly father when he was having an issue with the hot water was really appreciated. -Electrics: Lee is a very competent and methodical electrician. His attention to detail for the positioning of fixings really came to light in the end when the second fix was installed, leaving everything perfectly aligned and balanced. -Flooring: Chris was very friendly and swift, leaving behind a perfectly laid floor. I don't think you can ask for more. -Support: Kate, Karren and the office team were always happy to answer an email or phone call with any questions we had, leaving us assured that all was as it should be at all times. Summary Anybody reading this looking for a new kitchen or refit should go and see CK. They are not pushy in the slighest and happy to chat things through with you.

   Cannock Kitchens have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment we entered the showroom and arranged Pete to visit our home, to the final visit for our glass splashback fitting, the whole team have been outstanding, and we are over the moon with the result. Our team consisted of Colin, who ripped out the old kitchen and fitted the new completely on his own. He was very hard working and his work is to a very high standard. Dean was our electrician, and again his work was to a very high standard. Tim did our plumbing and was happy to oblige with my added request of an outside tap. Gordon was our plasterer. Good finish to walls and ceiling which meant nice clean finish. Ib was our tiler who tiled the floor. He was an absolute gem and a master at his trade Simon was the guy who measured for our glass splash back which provided that top spec finish and look. Each and every tradesman worked hard, and to an extremely high standard. I would use any of the trades people for any additional jobs, going forwards I would most certainly use CK as the did exactly what they said on the tin and their value for money is second to none. Massive thank you to all involved.

   We bought our kitchen cabinets from Cannock Kitchens, despite living in London. Pete and the team were friendly and informative, and the kitchen when it arrived was really great. Pete showed us round the showroom and explained all of the things they could do (pretty much anything!), so it was easy to turn our plans into reality. They produced 3d mockups of the kitchen so we could try different things and see how they would look. The kitchen arrived on time - we fitted it ourselves, so can't comment on the fitting service. They were really helpful when one cutlery tray arrived broken and quickly sent out a replacement. Great customer service, and a really easy experience. Will definitely use them again if/when we do another kitchen!
