Great company. Dip was so helpful when we visited the showroom and gave us some really good advice. My husband is disabled and struggles getting of the sofa so Dip suggested having a higher and firmer cushion. Delivery time was quick and the sofa’s are stunning. No more DFS for me.
Very happy to recommend them. I had difficulty getting furniture into my house so I went for the made to measure option. After visiting the showroom I got exactly the size i needed and was able to get the fabric and colour I needed to. The prices are good but delivery outside the local area is expensive. Great service and the sofa is really comfortable (I choose the York style).

I need to say something here... We bought ours dream sofa from them. Everything went smooth ,professional. After a wile something happens to one of them units. This Sofas are made old school way...and obviously sometimes things happens...its a nature of real materials they are made from-totally understandable. And...this is a moment where I have to tell You all...how they took care of us... ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICES The owner its Man of his word ! He visited us immediately and He delivered what he promised... Can't thx enough...as them Sofas are best we ever had. All I want to say is that You can trust this people 100% ... I highly recommend them to anyone...specially this days when is so hard to trust anyone on the market. Absolutely 5 star from us... And we are coming back for more... Big thx
Having given up hope of ever finding a comfortable sofa, I found Signature Sofas purely by chance. Dip provided excellent customer service. Having had a bad back for years, I now have a made to measure sofa at a very competitive price that is extra comfortable. I can sit for hours without my back hurting. It also looks really expensive. Will be going back for another one for my front room.
Happened to pass by after visits several furniture stores, Dip was very helpful and we made a purchase same day, nice choice of sofas and made a great saving on a suite. Happy to recommend for attentive customer service and good prices compared to local "known" sofa stores.
Dips was awesome when we visited Signature Sofas to look around for sofas for our living room. The service and choice offered was so great we ended up going back to buy sofas for our front room too. Its been over a year since ive had my sofas from Signature Sofas. I can confirm both my living room and front sofas are still great and have not lost shape. The fact that you get bespoke made to measure sofas makes a massive difference. I certainly still enjoy relaxing on them and they have certainly kept the shape. Highly recommended and will certainly be my one stop shop for any sofas I recommend to family and friends.

When it comes to customer service and satisfaction with their end product then Dip at Signature Sofas would come very, very highly recommended. Problems can always occur for a company; and it did but not of their own making; but it is how a company deals with and rectify the issues. My wife is now so pleased with her disable chair and the comfort it has provided. My recovered swivel matching leather chair is now exactly as I wanted. Warning faux leather may be cheaper but does not provide the benefits of real leather. We give six stars to Dip.
