    Do not trust this company if you get a faulty item like myself you will not get a refund or exchange even after a report stating a manufacturing fault. THIS IS THE 2ND time I had the repair men out the first time he did a repair and put it down as a good will jester so you can not request a refund or exchange, the 2nd time different fault I said no to a repair and I am now trying to get a exchange not a refund which I am having trouble getting even thou law states I am entitled to. So if you want to risk being ripped off this is the company for you, you now had unhelpful when trying to book a repair make it as hard as possible

    Walked in beautiful layout and made us want to look around. Got Jumped on two steps into the door "have you been here before, this is how we do it". The smell hit us side ways. Air spray or mist whatever triggered breathing difficulties for me. I coughed a lot, even said aloud are you trying to kill customers. I got a snide in joke which was heard. By the way once you are on the mezzanine floor you can hear all of your three comments. We actually liked one piece which we hoped we could have in a corner suite. But needed to leave for fresh air and better understanding, if some one is clearly having trouble offer a glass of water see if they are ok. Don't laugh and feel you know it's better to make a joke about it. Missed a £5000 sale today. Hope it was worth the laugh.

    Well don't know what to say bought a suite for scs and its faulty spoke to scs coustomer service and sent an engineer out say its a dressing issue but its faulty. Manager was supposed to ring us ever had a phone call back after sale service shocking now fed up dont ever get furniture from scs they will lie

    No body bothers to phone you back. Been waiting for the call back i was told i would recieve for 4 hours ago . No way to contact the delivery people to say we can't do the day they sent in the email. No email to reply to. So we will get a time slot tomorrow and we won't be in . But can not contact anyone .this company is not very customer friendly one you have paid your money . Update i had a phone call back the morning of our delivery . We sorry we took so long to get back to you 2 days but all our lines we're very busy. So i sked if I miss my delivery day what happens ? . Yes I have to pay to take the furnature back then pay for redelivery. I think this is what they hope happens to get even more money out of there customers. They make it impossible to contact them .

    We ordered carpet 2 months ago, scs said they would get carpet fitted 3rd March, scs phoned us and said we have to book a fitter so rebooked. the fitter for today still waiting for the carpet fitter no sign. Well what an absolute joke we can't cancel be cause he has our carpet

    LIES LIES AND MORE LIES!!!! Whatever it takes to get you to sign on the dotted line, honestly wish I’d recorded some conversations as proof. Will never do business with them again. Firstly ordered a sofa and carpet with Vitalyia checked my invoice once I’d got home because she “couldn’t print in store” to find an additional £500 of extras to my credit including insurance, gliders and delivery that were literally not even mentioned!!!! Called head office, they didn’t seem surprised in the slightest so I’d imagine this is common practise. After making a complaint they took the extras off, ordered my carpet 28th December, told me it would be delivered to store 22nd January, asked if they could hold fitting until 1st Feb, was told no problem. Carpet surveyor came round to finalise, confirmed 1st feb again. Then today 30th Jan, their head office call to book my carpets, earliest date available is 7th Feb, I’ve literally ripped my carpets, dismantled beds emptied rooms to be told repeatedly “we don’t confirm fitting dates until it’s delivered” that might be the case at head office but the store and the carpet surveyor told me 1st Feb would be fine so you do!!!! Worst experience ever will never buy from them again, more annual leave wasted.UPDATE SCS agree to get one of my carpets fitted sooner so my daughter has a bedroom, carpet fitter just turned up saying he wants more money for having to come twice, I’ll have to pay and claim from SCS. JOKE

    Cannock branch. Well sold by staff all they're interested is the hard sell, and zero interest in after sales. Wish we never went to scs, if it wasn't for losing deposit would go somewhere else. Not going to use them for bedroom and hall that are next in line for carpeting.

    Ordered carpets over a month ago. On the day we were due to have the carpets fitted (after turning the house upside down to have the flooring down) at 8.00am the carpet fitter called and said he had been double booked by SCS and had no time to fit them. After many calls to SCS they agreed to send a fitter out the following morning. The next fitter arrived and said our gripper wasn't good enough to use - even though the initial measurer who came out to the property said they were perfectly fine. He said he had no gripper left on the van (strange as it was his first job of the day) and left. No further fitting date was provided so ended up having to source our own fitter costing us £150.00. Our own fitter said our gripper was fine, and we had paid for way too much carpet and nearly a whole roll of underlay , so the measuring was clearly wrong. Not only that we asked for the carpet to be plush throughout the upstairs but it had been cut into two pieces at the warehouse. We had to sleep downstairs on the floor with our 9 week old puppy surrounded by furniture whilst we were being messed around by fitters. Still haven't heard anything about our refund? Can somebody please respond and get this sorted. We also want to be refunded for this extra carpet and underlay we have been charged for and didn't need.

    Ordered a sofa June was told it would arrive 28th August didn't come till middle of Sept. After dealing with the 2 managers and one calling me a liar about the date originally given of a sales lady liz I was correct..sofa has arrived today 3 months later and no foot stool Sofa is nice though just to much hassle
