   Just purchased a 3 piece suite from Sofa Gallery Cannock and have to say what a fantastic experience it was . Ian was brilliant, couldn't do enough for us with advice and personal requirements, Trevor equally great as we added some arm covers to our order . Delivery was spot on time and great care taken getting all items in our room. The quality is great and we added the extra insurance package just incase !! Would highly recommend this company for your next sofa and chairs, again thank you all.

   We looked around at numerous furniture stores for our new sofas, but the quality at the Sofa Gallery was clear to see. We received excellent advice regarding fabric choice, and staff were very patient while we chose from the extensive range. We were kept informed on progress and delivery times. The sofas exceeded our expectations we really are so pleased with them. Delivery was spot on and the guys were great. I would highly recommend Sofa Gallery.

   We visited the Sofa Gallery after reading favourable reviews and we were not disappointed. We were met by Trevor, who was very welcoming and polite, he was very helpful and knowledgeable and assisted us in making our choice from the many suites and fabrics available. Our suite was delivered earlier than expected, and we are very pleased with it. The delivery men were very friendly and polite they removed our old suite and installed the new one quickly and efficiently with great care. Many thanks to all at the Sofa Gallery, we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

   Our new sofa arrived a few weeks ago and it looks amazing. We ordered a cuddle chair, sofa and accent chair with matching cushions. Ian was very helpful when we needed advice and also went the extra mile with matching the legs on a different storage box we chose. The quality of the sofa is excellent and even the delivery guys took care when bringing it in to my home. I would highly recommend this company.

   We have today taken delivery of our new suite, to say I am thrilled is an understatement. Ian and Trevor have both been extremely helpful and professional, the standard of customer service is outstanding, something that is very rare and on the decline these days. The delivery guys also deserve a mention, they were also polite, professional and very careful. You can just tell you are dealing with a company that cares.    A refreshing experience, Trevor is an inspiration to retail. From the moment you walk through the door you are welcomed, Trevor gently guides and advises you through what is available and the choice is huge. You are immersed in customer service at it's finest, a real shock I have noticed recently and it seems that the whole of retail seem to have forgotten. We have found that the quality and finish to be truly excellent, really putting the competition to shame. I really can't recommend enough, superb.
