   Great service by Deepak and Dave. The whole process of designing and choosing the kitchen was made simple and straightforward. The staff were kind and helpful upon our visit. Even gave us a great deal on the kitchen. Definitely recommend them as they dealt with us in timely manner and was happy to do all the changing till we were happy with what we wanted. Our old kitchen was also from magnet had it for over 10 years and everything was still in amazing condition sturdy and good. We use them again for our new house now and we are very pleased with the whole process so far. I will edit the review after i have got it fitted and it’s all completed.

   My wife and I are delighted with our brand new kitchen designed by Georgia Patrick at Magnet, Cannock. Georgia was very professional, helpful and friendly and her excellent IT skills enabled the design to fit perfectly. Ian, the fitter, was highly skilled and the final results are amazing. We have decided to alter the cutlery draw design, and we are currently awaiting Ian's return. The kitchen has taken much longer to fit than we had initially thought, but nonetheless, we would recommend Magnet in Cannock.

   Purchased my kitchen from magnet around 2months ago I went through my chosen builder who introduced me to the designer named David who has been brilliant he came out to our house and Checked all measurements and listened to our wish list and designed us a lovely kitchen, we were invited to store to have a look at our chosen products. Brilliant service from start to finish

   The kitchen is beautiful, Winchester sage is a lovely quality that’s my good point. Now negative my fridge freezer hasn’t been delivered even though my kitchen was delivered 23rd November I’m without one at Christmas. There has been no communication saying that it would be late and my oven wouldn’t be with the delivery, I have since had to arrange my own oven from ao(which I do recommend) when I rang Cannock on 21st dec they knew nothing about my delivery of the fridge which should of been 22nd dec leaving me no time to get another, my new date is 5th jan that’s 7weeks without it finished. They have sold me extra unit ends I don’t need which I have been expected to return even though some were tall. Total of these of these were over £165 on my bill. im still waiting for a refund. Once you buy retail your semi helpful kitchen designer that takes your commission seems to be done and you have to deal with trade. They aren’t open as much and they don’t ever call you, you will be chasing them for missing parts and exchanges for retails mistakes.
