   Absolutely disgraceful. Went to return a fitted sheet as it was brought in error. Only to be told be some jump upped cashier junior assistant that it had been opened. When I told him that it hadn’t, he then proceeded to say that it wasn’t packed the way it should have been, and then started to open it, then would not serve me. Absolute joke for customer service. Never shop there again.

   Do not order blinds from here. After almost a month they've come today and fitted 2 thirds of our bay because someone's forgot to source the middle piece out. I was also told this would be fitted last week and 3 days of 9 phone calls and various live chat/emails Im down two days pay waiting in for a blind that's still not been fitted. Terrible avoid

   Store is scruffy outside and in. Click and collect wasn’t ready after 2.5 hours, waited another 20 mins in store. Some items missing. Served by Connor who was very helpful and understanding. Woman in pink top (manager? No name badge..) walked off half way through conversation and didn’t speak to Connor with respect.

   Went to Dunelm looking for new pillows, pillow protectors and continental pillow cases all available and relatively easy to find, although I did have to ask about the continental pillow cases. The assistant was very polite and helpful, and sorted my requirements. Well done Dunelm.

   Love this place, everything you need for the home, they have a great selection of curtains. Premium prices, but quality all the way, Great Cafe on site, wheelchair accessible and facilities for everyone. Staff so obliging, nice atmosphere well displayed.

   Have always been happy going into the store to buy products. However I recently made the mistake of ordering a made to measure blind. The estimated date for delivery was 3 weeks.Six weeks later and numerous efforts to get someone to pick up a phone to deal with an enquiry and 1our 30 mins waiting to get onto the chat line and eventually chatting, still no nearer to getting my blind! Even worse when they did get back to me left a message asking me to ring the store. Are they having a laugh?

   Popped into the coffee shop here whilst visiting the store. Got to say, they do an excellent flat white and my wife really enjoyed her hot chocolate. The place was clean and the staff were friendly.
