   The self service tills are unfit for purpose and rarely work as they should, bank cards rarely swipe correctly, signs often coming up as payment declined, so you have to go through the same operation, pressing dirty screens, then putting your pin in manually, so frustrating and out of date and faulty! Not withholding the fact that a voice over reminds you 'Dont forget to scan your club card' whatever for I wonder, because you definitely aren't getting Club card points at all and haven't had any club card points since June, what a joke this place is!

   I would give this 0 stars as i have just been into store at 10.50 an a STAFF member on self check out took it upon herself to slag me of to another member of staff which is just super unprofessional. All though a nice colleague i spoke to appologised on her behalf and told me to have a lovely day

   Had a lovely girl serve me at the kiosk ( around 5:30 ish she was originally on the self checkout) - she had blonde hair and a nose ring. She was so friendly and we had a lovely conversation - and communicated she was getting used to the till but the service was super quick. Having been on my work break and having such a nice staff experience is something that puts a smile on my face. Such a kind girl - should definitely be awarded.

   Sour faced staff on pizza counter with terrible attitudes! Always chatting to each other rather then dealing with customers and doing what their paid to do, two women in particular give you the look of death when they take an order sheet from you as if they really can’t be bothered preparing your order.

   The click and collect is a joke avoid at all costs twice now I haven't received items I paid for make sure you check all your orders before leaving. Waited 40 mins to be told the item I hadnt received showed as collected. The lady serving me said she wouldn't go through to check. Shocking customer service!! Update I received a refund after a week of emailing back and to! But that doesn't take into account my wasted time the irate mood it left me in and short on a Christmas present and the poor customer service from the person in store! Rubbish!! I will vote with my feet!

   Great store, click and collect locker at side, along with charge points for electric cars, have a pizza and hot food counter, on 2nd floor has a cafe, pharmacy is located here to as well as a timpson on ground floor, along with opticians which is outside, staff are very friendly and helpful. Shop here twice a week.

   Was in the area yesterday 15th October 2022. Both my adult daughter and I needed the toilet before shopping. The ladies toilets were disgusting looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Absolutely awful, will not go back there.
