   LAZZY STAFF. I got an email and an SMS that my order, which consists of 5 items, was ready to collect. When I went to the store, the lady gave me just one item and said that the rest wasn't there to be collected. I went home, which is a 10-minute drive from the store. Suddenly, the rest was ready, and I got another SMS. I told her to double-check for the other items and showed her the sms but it's Sunday and she's too lazy to double-check.

   I would like to know why the guy in there today chose to try and help the person behind me when I was waiting in a queue, this is the second bad experience I’ve had here the first being in lockdown when they had no one on the door, apart from a customer wearing a hi vis who I thought was security and told me to go in, I then got shouted out for going in! They really need to work on helping customers with issues such as hearing impairments! No everyone who has a disability is in a wheelchair!

   I had to replace my safety work shoes urgently because one of my shoes had split on the sole. Being a diabetic if a sharp object penitrated through my shoe into my foot would have serious consequences. Thank God for Screwfix. Not only have I have got a good pair of replacement safety shoes. It's got a steel midsole for protection against sharp objects and the price is reasonable too.
