It was my first time here and I absolutely loved it! I got a pedicure and the staff were so kind and careful — everything was done so neatly and beautifully. They have so many pretty colors to choose from, and the price is really good too! I felt so relaxed and happy with the result. Definitely coming back again!
Brilliant salon, lovely staff and excellent service. Been coming here to have my nails done for nearly a decade for a good reason - they’re the best! Occasionally also have a Crystal Clear facial or pedicure as a treat and all equally as good.
Little Gems is a lovely salon with friendly and professional staff who always make you feel welcome. I see Rosie for my nails and they always look amazing. I'd definitely recommend not only for the fab nails but for the brilliant service too.
I work at a Sunbed shop and popped into this one as I wanted to get out of the house and I live around the corner. I cannot believe the absolute state of it! I know they can get busy as I work at a very known tanning shop with over 20 beds, but all beds should be cleaned. This was a stand up bed so i understand that they cannot be cleaned as throughly, however, the handles which were used were not cleaned and this is very unhygienic as in my safety training we were told that it the person before you had any illness, or more scarily shingles then this can be passed on. I saw the person come out of the Sunbed who has finished their session before me and all that was done was that there was a tiny sweep, this is the least of worries in a shop. I know this ship is a beauty salon, however, even if sunbeds are not your main focus of your business, hygiene is always important. I’m not the type to complain, nor have I ever in my life left a bad review, when I then went into the room all of the sunbeds were very very dated, and there was something in the bin from the person before me, I am not petty enough to have put that in there and take a picture so this was 100% not mine as I didn’t want to touch anything in the room. There were hairs and even insects in the room. I finished my session early, paid for 12 minutes which was £9 (standard price) however, for what I got I think this price is a joke! There was no cleaning of the base of the bed where you stand which is beyond sick as the person before you could have verucas, or even athletes feet. It is not down to the customer to clean the bed, it is always nice if they do but you should never expect that from a playing customer! There was a bottle of store bought disinfectant which will not clean the bed it cleans your house, sunbeds should be cleaned with the strongest cleaning products governed by law. Attached are some pictures of the bed and the room. Like I said I know it can get busy but this is hands down the worst salon I have ever been to. I’m sorry to leave a bad but the salon was just so unhygienic it freaked me out. This is nothing personal just wanted to let other people aware

Clean salon. Beautiful neat nails. I had an anxiety attack during my appointment, staff were very supportive and friendly which made me feel less embarrassed. Would definitely recommend this place
Loved the fact that I just walked in to this place and got a wonderful pedicure and she painted my nails in my choice of colour. I left feeling relaxed and cared for and will definitely be returning next time I am in Sheffield. Many thanks little gems x
Very friendly, welcoming staff. I've been using the tanning booths for the last month or so and they're good value and the space is clean and comfortable. Happy to recommend.
My favourite nail salon! I've been coming here for over 3 years and I cannot fault them because (1) the service is excellent, (2) my nails always look beautiful, and (3) prices are respectively ok. So, it's a beautiful little salon where they actually value you as a customer as well as a individual and these days that isnt very common. So thumbs up from me ☺️
