   My new favourite place! The ladies that work there are so so lovely. Clearly great at what they do and they genuinely care about their clients. Would thoroughly recommend their massages. They really listen to what you have asked for and cater for that. Anyone thinking about lip fillers - this is the place to go. So patient and so happy to plan the session around client wants and expectations. My lips look amazing! I will be back to try out their entire treatment menu!

   This clinic has terrible practice. They damaged my face permanently. The treatment burned my facial fat. Despite evidence and a request that at least I get refunded they refused to deal with me or offer any refund. After years of using this clinic I was dismayed to discover that the owner only cared about money and not at all about the care of clients. Please feel free to contact me directly to verify this.    Had a great deep tissue back massage, booked pretty much last minute online. Very friendly and helpful staff. Massage room was clean and relaxing. Very much recommend coming here for a massage.

   Called in yesterday to enquire and book appointment for an anti aging facial. The receptionist did not know Which treatments were available What prices are Where the leaflets were When asked about the treatments said she had no idea. Initially didn't even know the name of the shop and then remembered and pronounced it wrongly. When asked what was best to do to find out the above she said she had no idea. When I asked was there a website she said that thought so. I had wanted to book a series of treatments but will definitely now not do that. No confidence in a beauty shop that does not train it's staff. Very very poor customer service.
