   Firstly I want to say Gary is amazing! He did my hair previously in February (he took boxed dyed brown and made it a beautiful ashy medium brown with golden blonde highlights) so I really suggest booking with him! He also handled my slight hair disaster very well!! I wasn’t going to leave a review but I have to say I am not satisfied with my experience. Went in with brown hair - dyed once professionally the lady who did my hair was lovely but didn’t listen to what I wanted at all. Made it strawberry coppery, left out front pieces and left it quit gappy. Got in the next day, it was “fixed” for free. Lady tried her best, however my hair was going pink and red! Ginger I understand but not red…! My hair is now very orangey and was told it could be due to hair done previously however I disagree. My hair has always lifted very well, Gary doing it before is proof of that. Very sad! But I appreciate the effort to fix.

   I came here for the first time and was making a big decision to cut my hair from a longer length to a short bob. I haven’t been to the hairdressers for a cut in years so it was quite a big day. When I arrived I wasn’t greeted with a smile or an introduction. My hairdresser practically threw the robe at me and told me to put it on. She didn’t ask what I wanted for a good 5 minutes, I had to start that conversation. Which she then responded ‘are you sure you want to go that short?’. I was made to feel like I was silly for wanting this style and haircut. I felt I couldn’t be truthfully honest about what I wanted and felt like crying because I’d built myself up to this hair cut for a while. Anyway I’m fine with the outcome but will not be going back due to how I was made to feel.

   Made a last minute appointment for a cut and blow dry and got booked in with Danielle. She was super lovely, professional and made me feel pampered. I have an awkwardly placed mole on my head and she made sure to completely avoid it so I could relax. My hair looks great, I’ll be back! Thanks again ♥️

   Awful experience. Went in for full head of highlights by the owner Gary, came out with dark roots two platinum chunky strips at the front and brassy un blended strips around the rest of my head. Went in to get it fixed the next day by one of the girls and it’s marginally better. I now have worse hair than when I first entered the salon, I’m £70 down and having to pay to get it fixed at another salon. I wish I had seen all the other awful reviews before I got my hair done here. The owner Gary is so rude I now understand why there is a new set of staff every few months in this salon.
