If only Nicola could be bothered to turn up to work !!! Today is the second time I have been left waiting for an hour instead of being honest, she lets the lovely staff do her dirty work for her !! and no apology from her. Appalling way to treat people who actually want to spend money with you !! I am not the only customer she has let down. Shame on you Nicola one star is for her long suffering staff.
