   This morning I was served by an extremely rude girl via the drive through. I was served with frozen egg bites. I parked up and went into to ask for a refund, no apology from the girl who served me was just walking about stomping her feet so I know she wasn’t in a great mood. You shouldn’t work a customer facing role when you clearly dislike your job.

   Absolutely disgusting! After receiving delivery, the bag with a drink & cakes was dripping, opened the bag & the drink was half empty, cakes inedible as covered in drink. The drink had no seal on! Husband drove to shop to hopefully get a replacement but was told it was the fault of the Just Eat driver as they had put seal on drink! The BAG was sealed, but there was NO seal on the drink & NO seal in the bag!!! £25 down the drain, absolutely fuming! Especially to blame the Just Eat driver!

   I’ve visited here several times and have always found the atmosphere to be really flat and lacking. I visited this morning 20 minutes after opening to use the drive thru, only to find it closed, no signage just a cone placed in the entrance to prevent customers from entering. Poor!

   Went in for a drink the other day and I was shocked seeing two other people sat down with their feet on the tables very unhygienic and not one staff member told them. The drinks were good but it's not nice to see people with their feet on the table as it is off putting.

   Poor, gave a one because I like the drink. More expensive than others, but was told they charged me for wrong drinks. Don't take cash, was not prior informed. No receipts. Tre staff tried, could not do it. Then was told how much, I'd waited 10 mins, I realised it was less than I gave them. Rubbidh

   Well it's not been open long and you can tell due to slow service. However they are also making coffee for those in their cars so the 1 guy making coffee for both indoors and outdoors struggled to keep up. It wasn't his fault. You can't beat the coffee, it's far superior to across the way. I'm sure it will improve so yes l will return.

   Really poor service, very rude staff member when I asked where my drink was after waiting 25 minutes! Asked for a refund in the end and went to Costa over the road much better. Visited a few weeks ago and same issues, thought I would give them another try. Won’t be visiting this Starbucks again.

   It's dirty ...tables, chairs and floor hadn't been cleaned, drink served didn't resemble what I'd ordered so I questioned it, was met with a rude response that they'd run out so I asked why wasn't I told when I ordered and paid for the drink. I then had to ask for the toppings which I'd paid for. I won't return it was chaos, rude stressed out staff who looked down at me when I asked if the table could be cleaned, which never got cleaned, it was minging. A terrible customer experience

   Really happy to have a proper Starbucks in town. Personnel were really friendly, did a great job. Great hot or ice coffee and tasty cakes. We can only recommend. Thank you all!
