   Wanted a small item ie: chair caps for steel legs Got to order 2 sizes to be safe they didn't have them in the shop. Took my 'phone number and they said they would send an SMS next day at lunchtime. 2.30 came - no text. I decided to ring main customer service number. A very polite man looked into my query and said they were ready for collection. Why then no SMS? Spoke to a man at desk and I asked why no text. He said - you have no account with us?! I said - well you took my telephone contact ( I gave it quite clearly ) and saw him key it in. The explanation - no apology but mistekes happen. Screwfix won't rush to use them again!!! Mr Walters

   Fantastic staff who were more than happy to help. No question was too trivial. I was served by Salim, the manager and I didn't get the ladies name because her hair was covering her badge, but both were excellent and helped me out no end. Highly recommend this branch because of the staff. Will be visiting again soon. 5/5 stars from me!
