The suya and Asun was not tasty. It was not done in proper traditional style.

Overly crowded, barely any space to move or breath. People not mingling, each to thier own. Bar staffs were very polite

Fantastic night out. If you want good quality music( afrobeats) , that's the place you need to go to Manchester. The atmosphere was fantastic and felt safe at all times

Went for a night out yesterday and it was one of the most boring and frustrating nights out I have ever had. The dj couldn't read the room and didn't play any good music + he just kept talking constantly on the mic whilst playing songs no one was vibing to. With how the afrobeats scene is booming at present this was a let down and not at all represented at the club. Not worth the 20 pound entry fee and over priced drinks.

Initially refused to let me in because I was βtoo drunkβ itβs funny how the only person that was βtoo drunkβ was the only white person in a group of 10 people. I was definitely not drunk and no more drunk than any other person in the group.

All black club, mostly Nigerian, atmosphere excellent it's like you are back in Abuja or Lagos. Drink pricing policy of buying a minimum of two bottles of premium drinks to get a table is unreasonable

Has an amazing time here, the first club I have actually been to in the Uk and it was super fun. The DJ was good with the music and surely kept us on our feet dancing

Please AVOID! The staff act like they donβt want to be there, when you ask for a drink they are rude and ill mannered. DJ was ok, drinks arenβt worth the money at all. Night out was a joke, soon as they let us in it was dead there was no one there. Awful club and should be rated a lot lower than 3.6. Maybe start to employ people that can provide a good night out for customers.

This is one of the best "hangouts" in Manchester especially for Africans and others who want to experience such. Good music, good security checks and services. However, why I rate this place fairly good is because of what my friends and I experienced. To get a table, 3 of us were required to buy at least 3 or 4 bottles of liquor or champagne. Fine, after that one cannot leave the club with their drinks, you're expected to finish all since you can't even hang it at the bar to continue on a later date. We found this absurd; why FORCE patrons to drink that much on a night? I have been to other countries and places whereby you can leave your bottles for a specific duration at the bar and continue whenever you want within the stipulated time. If you don't allow hanging at the bar, at least allow people to leave with their drinks. Unless there's something I don't get, this pretty much is what we got on the night at LA Lounge
