I think is common knowledge that factory is not a good venue, toilets are always flooded, the sound in the venue it's horrible at best. So fair, we know what we are getting when we walk in...but my dude! I was served by a guy in the bar who did not wanted to be there working (I work in customer service too, so I get it, same) but dude.... He was eating crisps and wiping his hands on his t-shirt to then go and grab glasses and bottles to serve drinks to people. And I asked for a gin and tonic, he started making it and toss it away, started again, I turned around to reply to a text message while he was making my drink, payed, left the bar, to then realise that the drink was just tonic with no gin on it. I went back to the bar with my drink, talk to another girl on the bar asking if she could help and explained what happened. She took my drink away to where the guy who made it was standing, I don't know what they did with the drink cause they were hiding it, and came back to me saying the drink was fine. I asked her if she could make it again and she said no it's fine. So I just left the drink there and left. So....you know what I get it, working on a bar is awful specially when you serve one too many drunk people, but fm....

We stopped by on our recent free walking tour of Manchester and our guide wanted to take us inside to embellish his stories of this venerable place. Curiously this place started as the HQ for a music label, then it transformed into a night club then went back to being a record label. The history of the place is quite interesting. Unfortunately we couldn't get in to look inside(well, it was around midday) so we all stood on the corner and learned, among other things how the roof of this place didn't seem to be very stable. Apparently it caved in twice. Still a popular club place for students, of which Manchester has many!

I went 25/10 for day clubbers event and all I can say is the toilets was absolutely disgusting they looked and smelt like they hadn't been cleaned from the night before you could smell them before you even got to them I know public toilets arnt always the best bit these was something else you need to do better .

The lady who stamps people was very aggressive and shouldn’t be working in an environment where you have to interact with customers. She was a blonde young lady who needs to understand she’s working in customer service where she has no right to be so rude and aggressive. I entered 11.10.25 but she put me whole group off so we left.

My fave club but the blond bartender in the glasses is the rudest man ever. He told us to F off for trying to order a drink and said “he couldn’t be asked to serve us” and waved his hands in our face until we left. I mentioned it to my friend a few days after and she said she had the same experience with the same guy and even had a picture of him. I love the club but that was the worst experience I’ve had. He was on the first floor at the time.

Great venue, I had a great night out on my own last night and I'll definitely be coming back. Music is great especially upstairs! Only problem are some of the bar staff - you guys need a staff turnover because some of them especially this one bloke are just rude and miserable. Bouncers were very friendly though

Brilliant venue but horrendous rude and miserable bar staff, they definitely need a day at charm school, hospitality school or firing!!! Awful experience because of them.
