   We have used K2 Kareoke for children's birthday parties and found it to be a superb venue and a great option for a stress-free, fun party. The staff are lovely, very friendly and attentive, a great atmosphere, easy to navigate sound system and the food was well received by the kids. Would definitely book again.

   Although I’m used to Japanese karaoke places, for the UK it’s a really good option if you’re missing the karaoke booth experience. The food is great - the takoyaki was yum and the drinks were good (though a bit pricey so bear that in mind) Song selections also great! You will be able to hear other rooms but it’s great fun to go with friends

   We enjoy going to this place but sometimes there are staff that are absolutely clueless. We just sat down and going through couple of songs but there are telling us that our time is up even though we paid for 2 hours. Then we ordered food and drinks. The staff member that brought them over just stood front of the screen while someone was singing and then kept standing there joking about how we needs to pay for bringing food and drinks. Towards the end we requested to stay half an hour more till close but they charged as 2 hours more. We know the prices as we come here often because it’s the only private karaoke nearby. It was bit disappointing experience as usually we have a great time but that day particularly we came in with our manager from work and it was their first time coming to K2 Karaoke.

   Love this place, though the english song choices are limited (It still has most of the bangers) and the youtube search function has never worked as much as I've seen. The rooms are clean and the machine is easy to use. Their deals are really good - great value for money if you buy a package deal or visit during their happy hour deal, considering you get a bar spend, too! I would love to see more Disney and broadway musical song choices on the list!

   Went here last night, the rooms were big and good song selection. However it took 40mins for our first drinks to arrive(which some drinks were missing) and the toilets were awful. Mouldy sinks and doors didn't lock, won't be going back or recommending, if the toilet are that disgusting then what's the bar like and do the rooms even get cleaned

   came on the weekend for a friends birthday, i had never heard of this place until recently and it was absolutely amazing! the two girls on the reception was really helpful and the song selection was great, the door was a bit intimidating but as long as you bring your id youll be fine. £22 and a £16 bar tab is such a good deal for 2 hours, will be coming again

   I've spent some time considering whether this is the worst venue I've ever been to. We brought our staff from two bars in Chester to Manchester for our belated Christmas do. Everywhere else we visited was great but K2 was a weirdly miserable environment that we had to make the most of. The set-up was great in that we had a large room for 21 of us including an en-suite toilet, two mics and a tablet to order drinks from. The tablet didn't work properly though so we were waiting for aaaages for drinks. A few beers came after a while so we waited for the rest but when nothing else turned up, I went to ask for them and found them sitting on the bar in ice buckets ready to go. The woman tending the bar (on a quiet night) appeared to have no sense of urgency. I asked if I could take one of the ice buckets back with me so at least some of the group could have drinks and was told I couldn't. I explained that we'd been waiting for some time and she consulted her system and said we'd been waiting for 7 minutes. We hadn't because the system wasn't working properly (as other reviews have mentioned), but in any event if a few beers have been brought to a group of 21 people, the rest of the drinks need to come, too, not just sit on the bar for ages. Also, if a customer says they've been waiting a long time, engage with that and explore what's going on, don't just consult a faulty system and reel off 7 minutes as a response. The service when it did come was so flat and tired, in such contrast to what is meant to be a fun, celebratory space, that it leant the whole experience an odd atmosphere. Like we were outstaying our welcome. The word 'weird' keeps coming up in conversation when our group discusses K2. One mic didn't work properly and of a mixed age group (18-65) the vast majority of our go-to karaoke songs weren't available.

   I went to this club yesterday. Very polite and professional security. All staff friendly and helpful. Club looks glamorous. Very clean. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended. PS If anyone says this club is not up to the standard they just troublemakers.

   Visited here with a friend last night, it was my first time and I absolutely LOVED it!!! Got there at 5pm, showed our IDs to get in and a had a good chat with the security guy on the door who was so friendly. Then headed upstairs and was greeted by a girl called Megan who was amazing and also so friendly and helpful! We had 2 hours in the room with complimentary drinks because of the happy hour deal you can get and yeah, it was amazing! Had such a great time singing our hearts out and the room/karaoke system looked so cool and modern :) Thank you for such an enjoyable experience, we will definitely be back!!
