They have made it so that 3 of the 5 tills are click and collect only causing long queues for people who want to shop normally. STOP trying to force customers to use the App so you can cut down on staffing levels.

Good quality store with good prices. The staff are knowledgeable about the products. This is owned by the same company that owns B&Q. Some items are cheap, others are expensive. Look around before you buy. Overall quality of the items is very good. I've bought various things from here, never had a problem with anything. I find if you order online, just pick the item up instore, makes the transaction so much smoother.
