I’ve been visiting the salon for over 30 years and always excellent service. Robert is very knowledgeable about retro hairstyles as well as modern ones, both for men as well as women. A gem of salon tucked away in the heart of Hillsborough.
I didn't obtain the colour or cut I wanted, and I feel that the price was over the top for what I had. I wouldn't go again and wouldn't advise anyone else to go. The response from the owner is what I expected given my experiance. The choice of burying your head or apologising is all the difference in customer care and it is quite clear from the response that customer service is secondary. Fortunately there are many hairdressers that will provide both customer care and a good service.
