   I just had my washing machine attended and looked and they found that propeller was blocked. But it’s was what he said to get me fuming after I asked to get it checked like the door leak and spring banging when it spins he said that the washing machine it had no warranty and that we have abused it just because my landlord bought it through them he thinks he can talk to people like this especially foreigners you are mad to think that. Rude worker I am live in Harrow so think local branch.

   Our Fridge stopped working last Saturday! Sorrell sent an engineer on Monday morning. We decided as it was at least 30 years old and beyond repair to replace it. Went to the shop on Monday afternoon picked a replacement and it was delivered Tuesday afternoon. How is that for service. Well done Sorrell!!

   Simply exceptional service and communication: Replacement door required for my Candy Washing Machine. Went in on Monday 21st August, they ordered the part (it was cheaper than online sources), took my contact information and payment, arrived next day (Tuesday 22nd August), got a call to say it has and can be collected. Very honest business, was quoted £60 to install, but asked if I was handy with a basic screwdriver as this could save the £60 cost. The gentleman explained the process of changing my door to me; 2 screws and lift out existing bracket, and then do the same in reverse to install new door system. Took no more than 5 minutes to remove and fix new door. A big thank you to for your honest and expedient service. You have now gained a loyal customer that will recommend you to all.

   Went to buy a new heat pump tumble dryer at lunchtime and had lots of helpful advice about the various brands and the energy costs of the different models. Bought one and it was delivered at home within 90 minutes. Clearly much better service than the large shops so why use them

   A fantastic local business! Very impressed with there determination of getting me the right dishwasher installed into such a tight slot in my kitchen. Robin had the model I wanted & new machine arrived by lunchtime. Fully installed and old one taken away, all done within 20 mins. Simply amazing service chaps.
