Highly recommend Kim Agency, great service, Bej ordered the fridge I wanted, delivered it, set it up, and took old one away, great service.
From the minute they take your call the customer service provided has been excellent. They provide clear details on the pricing with quotes in writing and options to repair or replace with no pressure to make a decision. The also give a quick turnaround time for call out repair and replace. This is the second time I have used their service in the last 12 months and have received a great service.

Kim was very responsive and provided exceptional services. from quoting, until delivery and installation. My washing machine was broken, and they have data when it was installed so I can told my letting agent that is is beyond repair. They took the old unit and installed the new one without additional cost. Thank you kim agency!
My washing broke down so I called the shop, I was been told that they charge £75 for call out,but if buy new machine,I would get £35 adjusted towards new machine and was been told that they will price match any online retailer,the engineer came and in the first 2 minutes told that we will new machine and when I enquired the cost they said it will cost £1000,but when I enquired online the same machine I got for £828 delivered ,fitted and old one taken back. So the person lied saying we will match the price and also he convinced to get the machine repair in the first phone call and then wanted to charge extra £170 for new machine. So I was been ripped off by charging £75 for 2 minutes call out. This is not u do business.

The fridge at my flat had broken down and my property managers assigned Kim Agencies to arrange a replacement. I immediately received a call from them to confirm my address and the type of fridge I needed - they then advised that it may take a couple of days as they needed to get my item in stock. A few hours later, they called me again to say they had found a suitable fridge, and it would be delivered the next morning. Their driver/engineer Roy called me the next morning to confirm he was en-route. He is a gentleman - delivered/installed the fridge, took me through the procedures to get it up and running, took my old fridge away - and shortly afterwards I was enjoying a refreshing glass of iced water. I had not heard of Kim Agencies until now but I can thoroughly recommend them - very courteous, swift to deliver, and professional.
