Too much display. I was unable to go anywhere in shop once through the door with my pushchair. I had to leave my grandson by the door and purchase only one item I went for because it was near the door

Excellent service from a personable young lady that I consulted for advice over hand -held vacuum cleaners in Robert Dyas. She explained the pros & cons & had considerable knowledge of the products & answered all my queries with patience . I was very grateful for her help & assistance
Bought my items and was asked if I had a loyalty card which I have but couldnt find! This was no problem to the assistant as she went online with my email and found it , she was extremely helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble.

Return policy is just on paper ,but not in to realty .Better buy online via Amazon with better price and better refund/Return policy .Staff is not customer friendly .
this is not review of the store as such, but manners of your employees. Witnessed one today right before closing, stepping out of the store and throwing a tissue she has just used right on the ground, where there has been a bin right next to her. Not a really good look, since employee represents a business (especially wearing uniform and still during work hours) Please do not consider this review as to buying experience or service.
The ladies are very helpful and polite when serving customers. I went to the shop to exchange a electric kettle (bought nearly six months ago.) The lady there are very accommodating and exchange my item without much fuss. Good shop.
