   AVOID. The worst customer experience of my life. Broken promises, broken processes, appalling attitude on multiple occasions. Said my tumble dryer need replacement parts costing about £100 then cancelled the repair visit and that the parts would cost £1100 - the washer dryer is only with about £450! I can’t believe they are still in business.

   We have used Capital Repairs for years. On this occasion i needed a new part for our tumble dryer- so helpful and great customer service. So nice to be able to deal with a shop and not on the internet. Its a gem would highly recommend. Keep up the good work shout out to Dipak

   1 star is too generous. I have waited almost a month to get an engineer to fix my fridge. 3 times I took time off work. 3 times the engineer cancelled. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they would call me back. No one did. I have asked for a refund and still heard nothing. Do not use this company. Vey unprofessional. Totally unreliable. The worst company I have ever had to deal with.

   I’m really disappointed with the level of service I received. The engineer never even attended the job, yet the company still kept the full callout fee - which is completely unacceptable. No one informed me beforehand about needing a parking permit, and when I explained that there was free parking available on nearby side roads, no effort was made to help the engineer find a space or to rebook the job. Travel and parking are not the client’s responsibility, and the lack of flexibility or understanding was shocking. To make matters worse, there was no email confirmation or written follow-up about any of this. I had to chase everything myself just to get an explanation. Overall, a really poor experience from start to finish, unhelpful communication, no accountability, and zero customer care. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

   I firstly contacted Capital repairs over my Miele washing Machine, the suspension leg of the drum was faulty, Found Capital Repairs quick to respond, & had confidence in the Engineer.... though i did have to wait a few weeks for the part, i was glad of it to keep my old faithful machine going & put new life back into rather then buying a new one, also My heating element went on my Oven, Gillian transferred me over Franco who recommended me a Bosch oven..... The lads arrived has expected and before i knew it the old one was out & the New one in its place! again both engineers very helpful, and they know their stuff! cant fault Capital repairs, excellent service, well worth paying for peace of mind.

   I called Capital Repairs as my washing machine wasn't draining water. The lady I spoke with was so helpful, empathetic and attentive and was able to get an engineer booked for the next morning. The engineer, Ali, arrived and was amazing. He identified the fault, repaired the fault and tested the machine. He also double checked the drain hose was correctly attached after I had attempted to resolve the issue (and failed) the day before. Ali is a great ambassador for Capital Repairs, as was his colleague who I spoke with the day before. I would definitely recommend.

   I got an outstanding service from Capital Repairs when my microwave needed repairs. Its a 1994 model, and I certainly didnt want to spend a lot of money on a new one which is certainly not going to give me the same long service this one has. Being so old, no spares could be located, and the repair engineer Dave , in his enthusiasm to get it working used his ingenuity and created his own unique repair on the item... Its working again! And cross fingers for many more years!

   I wish I had known about Capital Repairs sooner. The highly skilled and very knowledgeable engineers here can save your product from the scrap heap. My Dualit toaster has been returned better than new, with more efficient parts than when originally purchased. All parts are genuine, purchased directly from the manufacturer. And the price of the repair was a fraction of the cost of a replacement toaster - in addition to saving raw materials etc.

   I needed to replace an old integrated fridge freezer. Franco helped me identify the appropriate size; provided excellent advice about my options; and helped me choose a Bosch. He was helpful throughout and timely in his correspondence. The installation team did a great job in my absence. There was a little hiccup - not the fault of Capital Repairs - which was addressed swiftly by Franco. Excellent service from beginning to end.
