   Tony has been unbelievable helping me replace my old AGA with a new range master. He’s been so helpful sorting out all the details including supporting us shave down the granite to make it fit. He really goes above and beyond to help. The showroom is incredibly helpful to look and feel different options - plus Tony is incredibly knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Ordering was easy and straightforward, and the delivery itself from Tony and his colleague was seamless (and so friendly). Couldn't recommend more highly. It's also a beautiful oven!

   Had a fantastic experience with this highly experienced and knowledgeable family business. We were looking to replace our old Mercury range cooker and visited the showroom - this was a great starting point as they have so many display models to look at - Tony gave us a huge amount of advice and pointers (and time) - they just have so much experience of what people like or dislike depending upon what cooker they are changing from. We were pretty convinced we wanted a Lacanche but not which model and extras. Again the detailed help and reassurance that Tony was able to provide really made the whole decision a lot easier and stress free. Having Tony handle the installation (plus removal of the old cooker) was great - everything was planned out ahead of the day ensuring the installation was very smooth. The kitchen was left in pristine condition and we were given a full run down on how to use/clean the cooker. All in all this was fantastic service and I cannot recommend this company enough - really happy customers!! Thank you!

   Absolutely outstanding level of service. From choosing our range - extremely knowledgable and thoughtful - through to support when there was an issue with the supplier (through no fault of Roy and Tony and team) and the guys lent us an oven for some months to fill the manufacturer induced gap, to the installation (where Tony helped ensure the 250kg range could get down our narrow country lane by crossloading from big truck into his van), everything has been superb. Could not recommend these guys more highly. Excellent all round. Thank you, gentlemen.

   I cannot recommend Tony and Roy highly enough. I bought a fridge and a range from them last year, the fridge arrived with a dent and they got straight onto the company and got it replaced for me. They also came and did a site visit and worked out how to get the large appliances into my small flat brilliantly. They were immensely helpful in advising me about what to buy, their knowledge is totally invaluable, and cannot be replaced by trying to figure it out oneself! Strongly strongly recommend, their lovely shop is easily accessed by the Metropolitan line, and if visiting in the summer, as I was, they have great air-conditioning. They have so many types of cookers and fridges that you can see in store and know everything about each of them. As another reviewer said – save yourself time, and don’t bother going anywhere else! I am so grateful to have found this wonderful, well-stocked shop with incredibly dedicated and very knowledgeable staff!

   Would happily give 10 stars if I could. Tony (and Roy) are just amazing. Their honesty is refreshing. The showroom is crammed full of all the cookers we wanted to view. A no glitz no glamour approach even though the cooker are all top end brands. No hard sell, just a great family run business that knows their products literally inside out. Nothing was a problem to them. We had a minor issue with one of the burners and Tony came out to replace it and while he was here he even levelled off the cooker without us asking. We would of struggled to find the service that he provided anywhere else. A huge thank you for all your help.

   Big big thanks to Roy (and Tony) for all their advice when purchasing my new range cooker. They gave me plenty of precious time and when the cooker was chosen, stored it for me until such time as our build was ready to take delivery. I cannot thank them enough for all their help. It made for a very stress free experience - pre and post purchase, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Please don't waste your time going anywhere else - honestly - they are the very best!
