   Extremely disappointed with my experience at Next Kitchen Tech. This company has been a complete waste of time — unorganised, unreliable, and unprofessional. For two weeks I was constantly told to “call back and we’ll let you know,” with no real progress or updates. They kept making excuses, even pretending someone else had spoken to me when it was clearly the same person. They clearly lack proper customer service or accountability. It seems to be a one-man operation, and it shows — there’s no structure, no follow-up, and no respect for customers’ time. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. They are complete amateurs who simply cannot deliver on their word.

   We recently purchased a washing machine from “ Next Kitchen Tech “ and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked into the store, the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me choose the right machine for my needs. The delivery and installation process went smoothly – they fitted the machine perfectly and even disposed of my old one, which was a huge help. The washing machine itself is working perfectly, and I’m really pleased with its performance. A big thank you to Sam who was extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend Next Kitchen Tech.

   Extremely happy with my beautiful Leisure mini range cooker and instillation and overall service. Bunti was very helpful with the specifications and decision making process. He ensured that I was comfortable with my choice, especially as I ended up going in a different direction my original vision. However I am so pleased I took the time overnight to go with the mini range. When returning the next day Bunti and Armand were so helpful, arranged for delivery, installation and removal of my old cooker the next day. I’m pleased to say the installation man was just as courteous, worked tidily and efficiently. I was finding the process of purchasing a new cooker extremely overwhelming, but the family run Next Kitchen Tech put my mind to ease from the moment of walking into their store to leaving my flat after installation.
