   I haven't used Curry's in years and definitely won't be using them again. My son just went to collect a washing machine we ordered today and had a very rude chap at the collections patronising him with the verification codes. I'm on the other end of the phone listening to a guy saying wrong to every code I received and carried on sending them I received 6 verification codes on my email in less than 1 minute. The washing machine then got bought out by another member of staff who wasn't directed to my son, even though the rude staff was standing there watching. Eventually my son had to take charge and do the staffs job and ask if this was his order standing there waiting for no reason. Terrible attitude terrible customer service.

   Mid size currys store. Went to buy soundbar, staff who took care of us was good, but appeared very busy and didnt had much time to keep the billing process smooth, may be due to staff shortage. Other wise the store and parking spaces were pretty good

   Recycling old tech. Helpful guy with barrow tool the big TV. Old printer batteries and broken cables and faulty printer able to leave by front desk. No paper work or fuss. Also had phone cable needed in stock. Staff present and helpful.

   I bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner in June 2022 and in December 22 it stopped working. This is the second one in two years. I have been a regular customer at this shop for decades now. When i was not happy with the fact that i have to arrange for the repair through Dyson myself when this is only 6 months old, the manager was very unhelpful and swore at me. It showed me that what they were more interested is to sell something to you , take your money and you have to make your own arrangement to repair it. In the meantime how do you clean your house. Costco would take it back and give you another one immediately.

   Really well displayed products in store and large selection. Layout is well thought out and some specialised sections are well inviting! The staff here have always been nice, helpful and swift with their service. Have done click and collect many times without any issues. Parking is a joy here also, not a lot of spaces taken up, and you’re close to the store itself. One of the better and bigger stores I have visited!

   Don't waste your time... I have been in three times and never managed to get anyone to help me. Most recently, went in today looking to buy a washing machine. Stood around for 30 mins trying to get someone to help. Apparently, either no one knew anything about washing machines or would just avoid eye contact completely. In the end we admitted defeat and left. The previous two times ended up buying from Curry's competitors who are happy to help and take your money. Will do the same this time with the washing machine. My advice is skip this place and go somewhere which welcomes your business

   I generally have a positive feedback for most Currys outlets, except a very few which are atrocious. This one is one of the better ones that I've seen. It is fairly sized and has ample variety in quite a few categories. It is also well staffed and that too with associates who are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. You can walk in to the store confused with all the different features and options available and walk out with the exact model you need. The main USP of this store is the staff. Not all of them may be bright cheerful and talkative, but they all know what they are selling and how to ask you the right questions and zero in on the exact model that makes you a happy customer. And someone is always around the moment you feel you need help.
