   Great little coffee house, been coming here for a while now. Not bad variety on food (lactose intolerant) but great coffee! The decor could do with a little upkeep but always a lovely busy atmosphere, the staff work hard and are always polite and welcoming, they go out their way for the elderly customers which to me is a such a lovely touch, well done girls!

   I’m here right now and have been watching how the staff have assisted and gone out of their way for anyone elderly and all customers really. Nothing seems too much trouble, what a lovely group of girls, ye should be so proud of yourselves, ye have put a smile on my face watching ye it was lovely to see how kind you are to everyone. Just brilliant and rare these days xx keep it up xxx

   Really nice tea and cake but can't understand why staff would hoover and mop the floor with a trailing hoover cable at 4.00pm when they don"t close until 6.00pm and customers are carrying trays and still eating and drinking. My chair was bumped with the hoover with just a Whoops not an apology ftom the member of staff. Pity

   I wouldn’t even give them a star, went there for a hot chocolate while I wait for an appointment and they totally ruined my day by going far lower of my expectations I was expecting a warm creamy and milky chocolate and they gave me almost water with LOTS of sugar and half of the cup was whipped cream, so basically watery fake chocolate and way too much whipped cream. I was disgusted. I wanted chocolate and they gave me clot arteries and toxins for the blood. How hard is to get real hot chocolate with them. And for the price I was expecting something better. I will never come back there. They sandwiches were all pre made as well, nothing fresh nothing real.

   This is a great place! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and make it such a nice place to enjoy a drink or some food. They even hold events throughout the year which are fab! They had an Easter bunny there today giving children a free Easter egg. There was also a live singer which created a great atmosphere, my little boy had a boss afternoon. Will definitely be returning!
