   Had lashes done twice at this salon fell out both times within 3-4 days when I asked salon to resolve this issue as it was the second time this had happened , I was met with a very rude response and left with no lashes after 4 days, supposed to last 2-3 weeks, not sure if the glue is cheap or they just can’t be bothered as my lashes all came out in clusters , I paid for individuals very bad experience.

   They do my eyebrows well but nails was a bad job, gel nails peeled after 3 days. But what is most annoying is cancellation of appointments at the last minute, or confirmed appointment but the shop was closed. Terrible and unprofessional really. After arranging time to make the appointment, there was nobody at the shop. Very disappointed.

   Was looking forward to my appointment here ready for my holiday when i received a message on the day of my appointment saying was there any way i could come to an appointment earlier in the day to which i replied that i’m working so i cant and now i have no lashes very let down as these were my holiday lashes and i can’t find anyone else to do them.

   The best of the best!! Hannah and Harriet both always do an amazing job of my lashes and listen to exactly what I want & April always does the best job on my nails too! The salon is lovely and everyone is so welcoming would 100% recommend!!
