Had a Hollywood wax with Natalie for the first time a few weeks ago and she made me feel at ease from the start and it was quick and hassle free! I was out within 10 minutes and she also managed to squeeze me in for an additional treatment last minute. Have booked my next appointment already!
Natalie did my wax a ‘Hollywood’ and it was very quick done in about ten minutes and for my first time I felt very comfortable and was not as painful as I was expecting. Great price and great service definitely recommend
It was my first time for a back, and intimate male waxing session. Natalie was exceptionally good at her job and instantly made me feel at ease, even though i was a little nervous at the start, mainly due to my mates past experiences but obviously they must of had someone that wasn’t as good at her job and professional as Natalie was. Thank you for making my first experience so easy! I would definitely recommend! Philip
I’ve had good experiences at this salon previously, however today I was unfortunately left disappointed. I want to Wax inc for lashes and a tan, and I’m sorry to say I was not impressed. The lashes are patchy on one eye, and regards my tan it’s streaky and there are white patches of skin which clearly were not tanned. Regards payment, I felt the chip and pin machine was not easy to use and it appeared a tip was mandatory (fine if you’re happy with the service, but awkward if your not).
I do NOT recommend this place. I had UV gel applied to my toenails, and I noticed they were using files, buffers, and brushes from previous clients. It's likely that other tools, such as cuticle clippers, were also not sterilized. After a couple of weeks, one of my big toenails started hurting, so I decided to remove the gel, and this is what I found. Almost half of my left toenail is infected, and the right one is also affected, though not as severely. I will never go back there and regret not asking about sterilization when I was there. Please see the photos below; they are not the most pleasant.
