Cutlery filthy still with food on them, when told they were dirty she said " they have just been cleaned !!!" , place an absolute mess , staff rude and disrespectful
Cafe staff very rude. Two ladies were chatting as I stood there as one of them served me she bit my head off when I asked for receipt and said she’d bring food over and leave it on the tray. When food was ready I watched from my seat as she placed it on counter and continued her chat. Than she shouted me over to collect food. Rudely! Train staff in customer service home bargains.
Lovely little cafe at home Bargains, quite a good simple menu something for everyone! Plenty of tables! We just got the smoothie an tea cakes. Will be going back. The dining area was clean.
The staff work hard and you get table service. Some staff have no idea how to make a latte coffee or cappuccino.. sometimes you get a very watery/milky coffee with no froth and no taste of coffee at all. But the cafe food is OK, except the toast has margarine and not butter. The staff are mostly very pleasant
Had smoothies with my daughter. Smoothies was tasty and good value for money. Lady that served us was very nice and helpful. We come a lot and we think it is a good place to visit if you want to eat something in a rush and don’t want to spend a lot.
Absolutely love the cafe, I come often with my children, everything is so reasonably priced. The coffee is delicious. The staff are always so lovely and friendly!
Only one permanent staff member assisted by another. Took for ages to be served 1 x coffee 1 x pot of tea 2 x small sausage rolls asked for them to be hot took a seat we had to cleat away the dishes which where there throughout our stay. Then staff member came up sorry you can't have your sausage rolls heated I asked why not you have micro waves and are making cheese on toast in an oven response nah you can't cause we're not allowed????? Oh well had to eat lunch cold only had 5 mins left anyway as we'd waited 20 mins to be served Sausage rolls were tasty and cuppa was best I've had in a cafe for a long time. More staff please certainly at lunchtime and heat up the sausage rolls. Get more stars then. Will go back to try again.
After quite a bit of shopping, we decided to try the cafe in this shop.We enjoyed tea with jam and cream scones. It was very nice, the young lady who served us was very helpful, not only to us, but, also to another person who was disabled .I would like to come here again.
Handy sit down and have a brew and a tasty snack, when you've finished your H&B shopping. Tables, chairs and floors all clean, roomy and hand sanitiser on every table. My bacon barm and latte were just right, as was the sit down n chill. Plenty of room for baby's prams, wheelchairs, and light and airy with big window.
