   My black Americano was very watery, staff here were not that friendly and didn't seem friendly, interior is okay but it's not as nice as lot of other Tesco cafe. Self service machines are nice and it was clean but I don't enjoy my time here. Better going to the Costs coffee in the same shop.

   Absolutely awful place. Today after ordering a member of staff just threw the tray on the table, not the one i was sitting at but next to me. Tea spilled all over tray and table which I had to clean. She then returned to counter and i Heard her say " he's just sitting there", isn't it her job to serve me?. Obviously near end of her shift, she stood texting on her phone while there was several tables needing to be cleaned. When she left other staff had to clean up. Second visit today and second bad review. NOT recommended. 22/July/ 2025

   The service was diabolical we had to go to the counter to pay as we had cash the ginger girl jodie was very rude towards my partner when he asked her a question and slammed the change in his hand upon eating our food which wasn't too bad to be honest I asked another staff member who goes by the name of bonnie a question in regards to sauce, her attitude was awful she just thought that i knew how things worked in the cafe when i told her i didnt know she scrunched her face up as if i was being inconvient she didnt offer to help me but was happy to help an elderly man before us. Being an autistic women I find it hard to put myself out there and pulling people to ask questions etc, this just dimolished my confidence because of her reaction and the way she was with me, this was our first time using the cafe and it will definitely be our last!

   Ordered 3 meals, 2 chicken burger with seasoned fries and fish chips mushy peas with bread and butter. No seasoning on either of the fries had to ask for it. The fish meal had to be sent back, came out well over cooked fish was like rock. No butter with my bread had to ask for some, came out frozen so unable to use. Fish was dripping in oil and tasteless on the second order. Awful food and well over priced!

   Rude young female was sweeping up and was shouting and swearing in the kitchen. Her broom broke and she proceeded to kick it around the cafe area making food go everywhere and a lot of noise. Food was average.

   Horrible breakfast. Hash browns oily and like rubber. Beans warm, no mushrooms or tomatoes sausages all oily. For the price should get a full breakie horrible. Wont be eating there again. Baby didnt even eat his no stars had to pick 1

   Toast is always too pale & cold by the time you put your butter on. Jacket potatoes are often over cooked and hard & you don't get enough filling. Prices are ok, but portion sizes aren't great. Staff are always helpful. Coffee isn't very nice. I'd prefer to pay the extra in costco next door.
