   After a large job we needed to get a lot of plant and building equipment moved from our driveway and garden. Although this had been requested by the contractor we had no time collection dates and were needing the area clear ready for a new set of contractors who were waiting to start work. I spoke to Adam Jackson in the Kidderminster branch, and although the hire had not been from them he spoke to multiple branches and the contractors and sorted it out quickly and emailed me to let me know what was happening. Everything collected in less than 48 hours. Great customer service. Thank you Adam!

   Terrible service, 3 CANCELLED DAYS over 2 months, I’ve waited in for A DOOR as I have a door with shattered glass that needs replacing, I’ve had 3 days off work to wait home to get this sorted for it to “it’s still not ready” ???? I’m a single mom who can’t afford days off as I don’t have my own reputable company…….. I do not recommend this company at all!!

   I am a cleaner for Travis Perkins . The worker Ian kicked my hoover today also told me that my photo looked discusting because I have a summer top on when I was wasn't talking to no man it was a women. I have given my notice as I don't go to work to talk about my personal life, not that their is much going on that people should notice.

   Hi there. I just wanted to email in with a compliment. I have been doing a house up since Christmas and have contacted many merchants, but today I contacted your Kidderminster branch by phone and spoke with Ben. On the advice of Ben I then drove over to your bromsgrove branch to collect some bricks. I have to say, I have not received such good service from anyone in over a year! Just exceptional in every way. The care you guys gave and the interest you showed me was just brilliant. Thank you for making my life just a little bit easier at a very difficult time!    Great friendly service from these guys at Travis Perkins. Always happy to advise on the right materials for the job and the amounts which is a great help sometimes when you may not be sure. The real kicker for me is the delivery. Within reason, Ben Smith has bent over backwards to ensure that our projects carry on smoothly. When we have been in a crisis because we under calculated materials, he has done his best to keep our work on track. Same day delivery has made me a very happy bloke indeed! Impressive! 5*
