   Went to get a medium hot chocolate on my work break, which i asked for extra hot. Not only was it cold it was also half full. Spent £4.50 for a drink that probably contained £2 worth.

   Nice and friendly staff. They were attentive and went the extra mile. The store was clean and the deli counter was full. The drinks were delicious and one it is one of the best starbucks I have been to for the food and drink. The only reason it is not a 5 star is because there was a couple of mistakes made that meant drinks were delayed, although these were acknowledged by the staff before the drinks were handed to us, causing a slight delay. Would recommend
