   Went to this store to buy a sink and return a panel that I bought from another branch the day before but it wasn’t needed. I have been refused the refund or exchange and been sent to the store when the item was originally bought from, which is not on the area. The packaging was slightly ripped at one corner but the panel not damaged, and they refused to help and sent me to the brach I bought it from. Strange as this is normally not an issue, been howdens client for many years. The ripped packaging is just a silly excuse. Best to avoid this branch as they’re not very keen helpers of there’s not much commission involved

   My friend is elderly and disabled and was amazingly well looked after when choosing her kitchen in October. All the team are friendly, patient and extremely helpful. Craig in particular listened to her needs and was ready with helpful suggestions and solutions. She now has a kitchen that is both stylish and practical.    Amazing service. We dealt with Craig who was super patient with us and helped us meet our budget. We had an idea in mind and he helped us change up the colours etc to make our dream kitchen. He was so knowledgeable and quick at coming back to us. Would 100% recommend. Also there were a couple of damaged items when the kitchen was delivered but him and his manager Jack kindly sorted this immediately with no hassle or trouble at all making the experience so much more pleasant. Soo much better than the experience I received with their competitors, W*en! I’ve attached photos (obviously it’s not quite finished yet)

   Really great guy Nash, who did our initial designs and computer drawings. Very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. We've now bought our kitchen from Nash who once again was absolutely brilliant with his time and energy, and guided us through all the complexities of creating a kitchen with his wealth of experience, lovely personality and excellent knowledge. Many thanks we're really delighted.

   Sold me a wall unit that wasn't on the plans they drew up for me and so I didn't actually need it... My builder then used the door to the unit for something else and opened the hinges. They would not provide a refund for either even though it was their incompetence that led to this mistake. Fortunately I got a refund for the cupboard carcass itself as this was unopened. Really poor service.
